What this is
This site is the primary online presence for Gabe Leonard Art — a place to view work, make purchases, and register ownership through the Verified Collector Registry. This policy covers what information is collected and how it's used.
What's collected and why
On this website
Standard analytics collect anonymized data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, general location. This is used to understand how the site is used. No personally identifying information is collected through browsing alone.
Through purchases
When you buy work through this site, your name, email, shipping address, and payment information are collected to process and fulfill your order. Payment data is handled by a third-party payment processor and is not stored on this site.
Through the Verified Collector Registry
If you register ownership of a work, you'll be asked for your name, email, details about the piece you own, and how it was acquired. A photo upload is optional. This information is used to verify authenticity and maintain a direct relationship between the artist and collectors of his work.
How your information may be used
Information you provide — including your email address — may be used to:
- Fulfill purchases and communicate about your order
- Issue certificates of authenticity and provenance documentation
- Send occasional updates about new work, events, and exhibitions
- Deliver relevant content through third-party advertising platforms to people with similar interests
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting privacy@gabeleonard.com.
What's not done with it
Your information is not sold to third parties. It is not shared with galleries or dealers without your knowledge.
How it's stored

Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@gabeleonard.com. Residents of California, Canada (including Quebec), and the European Union have additional rights under applicable law — including the right to know what data is held, the right to correction, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of having your data used for targeted advertising. These requests will be honored within 30 days.
