Gabe is also currently on an extensive, ongoing experimentation and study of both materials and techniques. Gabe draws the world around him in sketchbooks. Working primarily in oil, he experiments with color palettes, substrates and different types of mediums such as acrylic and watercolors. The constant deliberate study is where Gabe finds new ways to express new ideas to the best of his ability.
